To report a student’s absence, please enter the following information in the subject line: name of student, reason for illness, teacher’s name. Due to time constraints, the office staff will not open each email therefore it is important the above information is in the subject line. Emails sent to the ACES student absence email address will receive an automated return confirmation email.

We strongly encourage parents/guardians to use this email address to advise the school office of student absence, and especially on inclement weather days when the office routinely receives over two hundred telephone calls.
